Instructions
  1. Cook pineapple in water along with chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt.
  2. Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and a pinch pf turmeric powder.
  3. Add this to the cooked pineapple and cook again on low flame.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add cumin seeds followed by fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and broken red chillies.
  6. Once the pineapple is cooked, add whipped or beaten curd and mix well.
  7. :- Don`t cook after or when adding curd. Hence, switch off the flame while adding curd.
  8. Add the seasoning into the above mixture.
  9. :- Serve hot or cold with plain rice.

It is a nice recipe. You can try mangoes, green papaya, egg plants, Bananas etc with that kind of ingredients mentioned in the recipe
