Pineapple Moru Curry Sweet n sour curry 1/2 of Pineapple3 nos Green chillies1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 cup Grated coconut1/2 cup Curd1" piece GingerCurry leaves (A few)2 - Red chillies (Kollamulaku)1 tsp Mustard seeds1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)Salt (As reqd) Grind together coconut, curd, turmeric powder and ginger into a smooth paste.Cook pineapple pieces along with little water, green chillies, salt and turmeric powder.Once it is cooked, add the ground mixture.Heat it through.:- Do not bring it to boil.Remove it from the flame.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds followed by fenugreek seeds.Add red chillies, ginger pieces and curry leaves.Pour the above seasoning into the pineapple curry.:- Serve with rice.
