Instructions
  1. Grind together coconut, curd, turmeric powder and ginger into a smooth paste.
  2. Cook pineapple pieces along with little water, green chillies, salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Once it is cooked, add the ground mixture.
  4. Heat it through.
  5. :- Do not bring it to boil.
  6. Remove it from the flame.
  7. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  8. Splutter mustard seeds followed by fenugreek seeds.
  9. Add red chillies, ginger pieces and curry leaves.
  10. Pour the above seasoning into the pineapple curry.
  11. :- Serve with rice.

hey,,one doubt..can we add mango or plaintains(nenthrapazham) other than pineapple?will dat taste good?
