Pineapple Moru Curry
Sweet n sour curry
Ingredients
- 1/2 of Pineapple
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1" piece Ginger
- Curry leaves A few
- 2 - Red chillies Kollamulaku
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Once it is cooked, add the ground mixture.
- Heat it through.
- :- Do not bring it to boil.
- Remove it from the flame.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds followed by fenugreek seeds.
- Pour the above seasoning into the pineapple curry.
- :- Serve with rice.
