Instructions
  1. For preparing pineapple pachadi, first boil the chopped pineapple pieces along with turmeric powder, salt and little water for a few minutes.

  2. Make a paste of coconut, green chilly, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

  3. Add this paste and curd into the boiled pineapple pieces. If required, add 1-2 tsp sugar also into this mix.

  4. Boil it for further 5 minutes and remove it from the stove. Decorate the dish with curry leaves and pineapple pieces as shown in the picture below.

  5. Pineapple pachadi can be served as a tasty side dish for lunch/dinner.
