Pineapple Pachady Pineapple Pachady 2 cups Pineapple(cut into 1/2" square pieces) (ripe)1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)1 cup Grated coconut1 no Dry red chilly (Kollamulaku)1 tsp Mustard seeds (crushed)For seasoning:2 tsp Coconut oil1/2 tsp Mustard seeds3 nos Dried red chillies (cut into 6 pieces, Kollamulaku)1 sprig Curry leaves Cook pineapple along with turmeric and salt in 1/2 cup of water. Grind coconut with dried chillies to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds. Add the coconut paste and saute.Add curry leaves and dried red chillies and continue to saute. When it is done, add the boiled pineapple pieces. :- The gravy should be thick and the cover the pineapple pieces. Add the crushed mustards, just before removing the pachhady from the flame. Kerala
