Instructions
  1. Cook pineapple along with turmeric and salt in 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Grind coconut with dried chillies to a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds.
  5. Add the coconut paste and saute.
  6. Add curry leaves and dried red chillies and continue to saute.
  7. When it is done, add the boiled pineapple pieces.
  8. :- The gravy should be thick and the cover the pineapple pieces.
  9. Add the crushed mustards, just before removing the pachhady from the flame.
