Butter

Sugar
As reqd

Condensed
milk
Pineapple
to garnish

Bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese
grated
Instructions
For preparing
pineapple
pie, cook
pineapple
for some time and drain it.
Roast the maida in butter. Add
milk
,
sugar
, condensed
milk
and
salt
. Stir well and cook on low flame.
Remove it from the flame and add the
egg
to it. Mix it well.
Add the
pineapple
to this sauce and mix well.
Pour it into a pie dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of it evenly.
Garnish with
pineapple
slices and sprinkle cheese on top of it. 7)Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degree celsius till it turns brown.
Pineapple
pie is ready. Serve hot or cold.
