Heat oil in a medium pan, add cumin seeds, when it crackle add ginger and stir fry.
Add dry crushed chillies and fry briefly till aromatic.
Stir in pineapple pieces, fruit juice, molasses sugar, dried fruits and salt.
Bring it to a boil and then lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes with out a lid.
When the syrup is coated with the fruits, remove from fire.
:- Pineapple Relish is ready!!!!
:- Cool the Pineapple Relish and serve with pulao or biriyani!!!
