Instructions
  1. Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup of warm water and stir, till the gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Heat half cup of pineapple syrup and sugar.
  3. When the sugar is dissolved, mix gelatin to it and take it off from the stove immediately.
  4. Allow it to cool.
  5. Keep it in the freezer.
  6. When it is half set, beat it well and pour it in a serving bowl.
  7. Add cream to it and beat it again for 2 - 3 mins, using a handmixer.
  8. Add pineapple tit bits and mix well.
  9. Keep in the freezer, until it sets.
  10. :- You can also make mango souffle with the same recipe using mango slices and puree.

I was looking for an easily manageable and easy to prepare pineapple souffle recipe for a long long time..I came across this recipe and prepared it for 6 guests by doubling the quantities of the ingredients…It came out so well that each of my guest took a double helping…thanks a lot for the wonderful delicious recipe..

I was looking for a easy to prepare pineapple souffle recipe for a long long time…i came across this recipe and tried it out for six guests..i had doubled the quantities of the ingredients and it came out so well that all my guests took a second helping of it..thanks for the delicious wonderful recipe..

hi,tried this one,came out very good.but i made few changes.i whipped the cream very well before adding gelatine n pineapple chunks.i also added the zest of one orange while adding pineapple.try it.Kept in freezer for a while,until the souffle set,and then moved to refrigerator.thanx alot.
