  • Egg white - 1 no
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 3 nos
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 5 nos
  • Water(boiled & cooled) - 1 1/2 litre
  • Yeast - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing pineapple wine, beat egg well.
  2. Mix sugar and water.
  3. Mix pineapple, sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves, egg and yeast in a jar. Cover with a lid and keep aside for fermentation.
  4. Stir daily till 12 days,
  5. Filter it on 12th day.
  6. Serve after a week.
