Pineapple (A medium sized one)2 1/2 cups Plain yoghurt1 cup Shallots (thinly sliced)Chilli powder (As reqd)1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)Sugar (As reqd)1 tsp Mustard seedsCurry leaves (A few) Cut pineapple into small pieces. Cook it with salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside until it is cools down. Add yoghurt, mix well and add sugar to taste and keep for 1 hr.Heat oil in a pan.Saute shallots and add chilli powder. Add it to the pineapple yoghurt mix. :- Do not put the pineapple mix into the hot pan.Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves and mix it with the above. Kerala
