Ingredients

Pineapple
A medium sized one
2 1/2
cups
Plain yoghurt
1
cup
Shallots
thinly sliced
Chilli powder
As reqd
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
As reqd
Sugar
As reqd
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
A few
Instructions
Cut
pineapple
into small pieces.
Cook it with
salt
and
turmeric powder
. Keep aside until it is cools down.
Add yoghurt, mix well and add
sugar
to taste and keep for 1 hr.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Saute shallots and add
chilli powder
.
Add it to the
pineapple
yoghurt mix.
:- Do not put the
pineapple
mix into the hot pan.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Splutter
mustard seeds
and
curry leaves
and mix it with the above.
