Mix all the above ingredients & make round balls off the mixture.
Lightly coat them with rice flour or maida.
:- Option is roll it in egg white & then roll in flour.
Place in a greased dish.
Bake for 20 mins or more if u want it a little crisp.
Option is to fry it (the tastier & unhealthier one!!!):-))
:- Make sure u thaw the fish (in case its an opened can) & drain the water well - otherwise wont be crisp.
:- Now the background of this dish:- I had bought this can a week ago ; it was idling in the freezer - had taken a bit out to make some sandwich filling & for some reason we didnt like it at all. Then on a holiday in a relaxed mood i tried this out. I have a feeling that too much of indian spices screws up the salmon taste........it tastes better bland & with a western touch to it.
I tried this at home for a party and my guests couldnt stop asking for more…! Never knew the taste in salmon could be brought out so wonderfully….! Thanks for this.
