Pistachio Ice Cream ( Home Made)

this is simple and only two ingredient ice cream which is worldwide famous. In this we are not adding any preservative and chemicals .this is very easy and quick to do. In this we have added whipping cream and condensed milk.

1 and Whipping Cream
1 cup Condensed Milk
1/4 cup Pistachio powder
1-2 tsp Pistachio essence
1/4 cup Icing sugar / powder sugar
1 tsp Food colour green optional

Instructions

freeze bowl and whisk for 1/2 an hour. In that bowl add whipping cream and beat well
Now add condensed milk and pistachio powder and beat well
Now add Icing sugar beat till the peak
Now add little essence and one drop colour mix well
Now transfer to one container and freeze for 4 hours or over night
Now its ready to serve Pistachio ice cream
