Pizza Bases

Ingredients
  

  • 1250 ml Flour 5 cups
  • 1 packet Yeast 3 tsp
  • 5 ml Salt 1 tsp
  • 80 ml Sugar 1/3 cup
  • 1 no Egg
  • 125 ml Milk 1/2 cup
  • 250 ml Boiling water 1 cup
  • 125 ml Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Beat together milk, water and oil.
  • Combine dry ingredients together, then add in beaten liquid.
  • Make a soft dough with the liquids, cover and allow to rise until double in size.
  • Punch dough down, divide dough into parts and roll out into rounds - allow to rise again.
  • Pre-bake bases at 200 degree C for about 5 mins.
  • Fill as desired and bake again before serving.

    Flour – 1250 ml (5 cups).. Could you explain which flour is that.. Without the main ingredient,this recipe is the worst i have seen in pachakam.. so bad…
