  • Salt(1 tsp) - 5 ml
  • Sugar(1/3 cup) - 80 ml
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Milk(1/2 cup) - 125 ml
  • Boiling water(1 cup) - 250 ml
  • Oil(1/2 cup) - 125 ml

Instructions
  1. Beat together milk, water and oil.
  2. Combine dry ingredients together, then add in beaten liquid.
  3. Make a soft dough with the liquids, cover and allow to rise until double in size.
  4. Punch dough down, divide dough into parts and roll out into rounds - allow to rise again.
  5. Pre-bake bases at 200 degree C for about 5 mins.
  6. Fill as desired and bake again before serving.

Flour – 1250 ml (5 cups).. Could you explain which flour is that.. Without the main ingredient,this recipe is the worst i have seen in pachakam.. so bad…
