plantain stem porridge is a very different and delicious recipe which is rich in calcium and good fiber content. This is very simple to make in a few minutes. This can be consumed even as a soup in evening times. In this soup ragi flour is added to enrich the taste as well as it serves as a thickening agent. We add gingergarlic for flavoring but you can avoid it and serve as a baby food too. This porridge will taste good even with sugar instead of pepper and salt.
