Instructions
  1. For preparing plantain stem kichdi, cook plantain stem in a little water and salt. Strain it.
  2. Then mix cooked plantain stem, carrot, cucumber, green chilly, ginger and salt by hand.
  3. Add curd and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Plantain stem kichdi is ready.
