Plantain stem and other ingredients are added to make this tasty kichdi

Carrot
grated

Cucumber

Green chillies
finely chopped

Ginger

Salt
As reqd

Curd
1/4
cup
Coriander leaves
chopped
Instructions
For preparing plantain stem kichdi, cook plantain stem in a little
water
and
salt
. Strain it.
Then mix cooked plantain stem,
carrot
,
cucumber
, green chilly,
ginger
and
salt
by hand.
Add curd and coriander leaves and mix well.
Plantain stem kichdi is ready.
