Instructions
  1. Cut idly in cube shape and keep aside
  2. In pan heat ghee / gingelly oil and temper mustard and channa dal and curry leaves
  3. Add idly podi low flame and mix it well and add idly and fry for 10 mins mean time stir well and turn off when its crispy .
  4. Now its ready to serve Podi idly fry
