  • Masala papad roasted on fire - 2 nos
  • Khatta meetha namkeen - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Take beaten rice in a sieve and wet it under running water.
  2. Keep it aside to drain out excess water for a minute.
  3. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt into it and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Add peanuts and fry for a min.
  6. Add onion and potatoes and saute well for 2 mins on a medium flame.
  7. Add chopped green chillies and cumin seeds.
  8. Saute and cook the potatoes.
  9. Add the beaten rice and lemon juice.
  10. Saute well on a low flame.
  11. Switch off the flame before it starts sticking to the pan.
  12. Add sugar and saute once.
  13. Garnish with chopped coriander, crushed papad and namkeen.
  14. :- Serve hot.
