Instructions
  1. Fry the rice flour in the pan for 2 mins in a medium flame
  2. in a bowl add hot water, salt and rice flour and mix well
  3. make as dough and keep aside
  4. grate the coconut, powder the cardamom and smash the jaggery
  5. in another pan, fry the peanut and sesame seed and make as powder
  6. In a pan melt the jagerry
  7. Now add coconut, cardamom powder, sesame seed powder, peanut powder with jaggery
  8. mix well and make as poranam
  9. take a small ball from dough, make a shape for kozhukattai and stuff the poranam
  10. cover the kozhukattai, and make a perfect shape
  11. in a steamer keep the kozhukattai and allow to boil for 15 mins
  12. now poranam kozhukattai is ready to serve
