Instructions
  1. Sprinkle salt in wheat flour and mix well.
  2. Mix the flour with water to form a soft dough. Knead it until smooth.
  3. Pluck out small portions of the dough and roll it into poori. While rolling, sprinkle more flour to avoid sticking.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolled poori`s. Serve hot with curry.
