Instructions
  1. Chop the pork into small pieces.
  2. Mix it with soy sauce and salt and keep it for 30 mins.
  3. Fry the onions, till they become brown in colour.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree and keep the red chillies covered in aluminium foil for 10 mins.
  5. Grind the red chillies, fried onions, and garlic to a fine paste.
  6. Add the paste to the pork and mix well.
  7. Pressure cook it upto 2 whistles.
  8. Remove the lid and boil it for some more time, till the Pork Curry gravy is thick.
  9. :- Pork Curry is ready.
  10. :- Serve Pork Curry with rice or boiled tapioca.
  11. :- Enjoy the Pork Curry.

Add little pepper & half tsp vinegar also. This is an easy recipe.

I never fancied eating pork till i tried this one. This was really yummy a nice spicy kerala dish.”chuttaracha mulaku chammanthi taste with pork” Thanx rajesh sharing with us.. easy to cook too.

Really good one,i do not have a presure cooker and cooked with small amount of coconut milk…its delicious…thanks Rajesh

Excellent for such a simple recipe. We do not have a pressure cooker, so added a small amount of water and cooked in a pan with tight fitting lid for 50 minutes in the oven at 180 C.
