  • Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
  • Star aniseed(Thakollam) - 1 no

Instructions
  1. Roast fennel, cinnamon, cloves, star aniseed, cardamom and black pepper till the aroma comes. Grind to a powder.
  2. Marinate pork with the ingredients: onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, meat masala(optional) and the ground spices powder for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook it with enough water until all the water gets evaporated. Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chillies, shallots and saute well until shallots become golden brown.
  4. Add cooked pork to the pan and fry well till pork gets dark color. Serve Pork Fry - Pork Ularthiyathu hot.
