Potato-Aloo With Paneer
Fried paneer and
potato
are mixed and cooked with other spices

Bay leaf

Garam masala

Coriander leaves
chopped

Oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Heat cooking
oil
in a pan and deep fry the paneer and
potato
cubes. Keep aside.
Saute the in the same
oil
till golden brown in color and add bay leaves and
tomato
puree. Grind into a paste.
Heat
oil
and saute
garlic
,
green chillies
, ground paste.
Add
turmeric powder
,
coriander powder
, chilly powder,
garam masala
and
salt
.
Pour 1 cup of
water
and cook till the gravy thickens and garnish with chopped coriander.
