Instructions
  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer and potato cubes. Keep aside.
  2. Saute the in the same oil till golden brown in color and add bay leaves and tomato puree. Grind into a paste.
  3. Heat oil and saute garlic, green chillies, ground paste.
  4. Pour 1 cup of water and cook till the gravy thickens and garnish with chopped coriander.
  5. Potato/aloo with paneer, a tasty and healthy side dish recipe for kids as well as elders, is ready.
