  • Potato (boiled) : 2 big -
  • Vella kadala (boiled) : 1 cup -
  • Onion : ½ of a small -
  • Tamarind : a little -
  • Coconut : ¼ of a coconut -
  • Dry chilly : 2 nos -
  • Fenugreek : 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. Fry fenugreek in a pan.
  2. Grind together fenugreek, coconut and dry chilly. Keep aside.
  3. Boil onion in tamarind water.
  4. Mix boiled potato and vella kadala. Add grinded mixture also.
  5. Mix it well. Boil for the next 5 minute at low flame.
  6. Potato Ambath is ready.
