Potato And Tomato Bake

For preparing potato and tomato bake, cut potato and tomato in thin round slices.

In a baking tray arrange them in rows, above tomatoes, cheese again, thyme on top. Again arrange potatoes, tomatoes, cheese and thyme.

Drizzle olive oil in sides and bake it for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

When done, cut as layers.
