Gruyere cheese

Butter

As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
potato
au-gratin, pre heat the oven to 210 degrees celsius.
In a baking dish arrange the potatoes with the slices of
garlic
.
Whisk the
cream
,
milk
,
egg
yolks,
salt
,
pepper powder
and
nutmeg
.
Pour this mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle grated gruyere cheese and knobs of butter over it.
Bake it for 50 minutes.
Potato
au-gratin is ready.
