Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add black gram, onions, ginger and green chillies and fry, till they turn almost golden brown.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes and cook for 2 - 3 mins. Keep it aside.
  4. Mix together gram flour or besan and rice flour along with enough water to make a batter.
  5. Make small balls off the mashed potatoes.
  6. Dip them in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  7. :- Serve hot.

Good recipe.U can actually avoid the uzhunnuparipp and ginger.And try adding a bit of turmeric powder and garam masala powder to the masala before adding the mashed potatoes…

its very tasty. can be made by adding less rice flour.
