Potato Bonda Easy Potato Bonda 3 nos Potato (boiled and mashed)Black gram (A pinch, Uzhunnuparippu)2 nos Onion1 piece Ginger4 - Green chilliesSalt (As reqd)2 cups Gram flour (Kadalapodi)1 1/2 cups Rice flourOil for frying Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.Add black gram, onions, ginger and green chillies and fry, till they turn almost golden brown.Add the mashed potatoes and cook for 2 - 3 mins. Keep it aside.Mix together gram flour or besan and rice flour along with enough water to make a batter.Make small balls off the mashed potatoes.Dip them in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.:- Serve hot.
