Potato & Capsicum Dry Vegetable
very easy Bachelor receipee , can be had with chappati

Green chillie

Ginger

Pepper powder
1/2
tsp
Fennel seeds
1
tsp
Corriander powder
Turmeric powder
a pich
salt
to taste
Oil
As rqrd
Instructions
Cut potatoes and
capsicum
, wash and keep aside in seperate container.
Fry
onion
in
oil
,add in green chilli,
ginger
add
fennel seeds
, corriander powder,
turmeric
and pepper.
Add potatoes, cover the kadai and cook on a low fire without adding
salt
till pototo is almost cooked.
Add the
salt
as per taste.
Add
capsicum
and cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Enjoy!!!!
:-This can be had with chappaties.
