Potato & Capsicum Dry Vegetable

very easy Bachelor receipee , can be had with chappati

  • Cut potatoes and capsicum , wash and keep aside in seperate container.
  • Fry onion in oil,add in green chilli, ginger add fennel seeds, corriander powder, turmeric and pepper.
  • Add potatoes, cover the kadai and cook on a low fire without adding salt till pototo is almost cooked.
  • Add the salt as per taste.
  • Add capsicum and cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!!!!
  • :-This can be had with chappaties.
