Potato chips with corn dressing
Instructions
- Cut onion and potatoes into thin round shape. Chop onions & coriander leaves. Boil corn and set aside.
- Add salt and pepper powder.
- Then add the corn and coriander leaves. Fry it for a minute and set it aside
- In another pan add little oil.Fry the potatoes
- Then followed by the corn dressing
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
Notes
feel free to add lots of mint, coriander leaves.
