  • Peel and wash potato and grate it. Squeeze it well and drain out the excess water. Do the same with the onion. Chop chilies and coriander.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add potato, onion, little of coriander and chilli and fry
  • When the potato is cooked make a small hole in the midst
  • Break the egg and pour it in the hole and sprinkle the rest of the coriander and chilli and salt.
  • Close the pan with a lid and cook. According to how one wants the egg the cooking time can be altered. Remove from pan and serve with sauce.
