2 nos Potato1/4 cup All purpose flour (Maida)1/2 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Cummin seeds (powdered, Jeerakam)1/4 tsp Garam masala1/2 cup Bread crumbs (dry)Oil (As reqd for frying)Salt (As reqd) Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker and mash them.Mix the potaoes with 1/4 cup bread crumbs, coriander powder, cummin powder, garam masala and required salt.Make small cutlets of the above potato mixture and roll in maida powder and remaining bread crumbs.
