  • Pressure cook potato, carrot and garlic with salt and pepper for 4-5 whistles till well soft.
  • Cut paneer into cubes and fry them in little oil till light golden brown.
  • Crumble the paneer with the help of a fork or hands directly into very fine pieces.
  • Mash the potato carrotand garlic into fine paste with a fork.
  • Mix the panner, potato, carrot well and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Steam the bread or toast it as per choice, and apply butter.
  • Take one slice of bread and fill the stuffing at one end and fold it across.
  • Press the edges well to seal it.
  • Repeat the same process with other slices.
  • :- Serve with ketchup.
