Instructions
  1. Cook the potato fingers in some water till 3/4th cooked stage.
  2. Mix the powders: chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, two eggs and required salt in 1 tbsp hot water to make a paste.
  3. Dip the potato fingers in this paste and roll over in bread crumbs.
  4. Take a pan and pour sufficient oil. Heat the oil and deep fry the potato fingers until golden in color.
