For preparing potatospinach dosa, mix together all the ingredients except ghee: mashed potato, spinach, rice flour, coconut powder, coriander leaves, lime juice, besan, maida, green chillies, baking powder, curd, water and required salt to a dosa consistency.
2)Pour a ladleful of batter into a hot tawa and spread like a dosa.
Cover with a lid and cook. Spread half a tsp of ghee over the dosa and turn over.
Remove from tawa when both sides are done and crispy.
Repeat same with remaining batter.
Potatospinach dosa, a yummy as well as nutritious snack, is ready. Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
