Instructions
  1. Chop the onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves and chilly.
  2. Grate the pre boiled potatoes.
  3. Mix it all together.
  4. Make into thick ball.
  5. In a bowl take the gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, chilly powder and salt.
  6. Add little water to a dosa batter consistency.
  7. Stuff this potato mixture over one slice of bread and place the other bread over.
  8. Cut diagonally.
  9. Dip it in batter.
  10. Deep fry in oil till both sides are done.
  11. Serve hot with sauce.
