  • For preparing potato vada recipe, first heat oil in a frying pan and saute minced onion, ginger, green chillies to a golden brown color.
  • Stir in mashed potato, squeezed out bread and required salt. Mix well and saute in low heat.
  • Roll out the entire mixture into lime sized balls and flatten them.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and deep the potato vadas to a golden brown color.
  • Potato vada recipe, a tasty nutritious tea-time snack is ready. Serve hot.
