Potato Wedges With Parsely
Potato

parsley
,
spring onion
and other ingredients are tossed and baked together

Potato
cut into wedges

Parsely
chopped
1/2
tsp
Ginger
garlic
paste
2
tbsp
Spring onion
finely chopped
2 1/2
tbsp
Lightly soured
cream
1
cup
Cheese
grated
Pepper powder
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Olive
oil
As reqd
Instructions
Season the
potato
wedges with
salt
and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the
potato
wedges in a tray with foil. Bake it for 40 minutes or till it becomes brown in color.
Combine
cream
,
spring onion
,
salt
, pepper
ginger
garlic
paste and olive
oil
.
Take out the wedges from oven after 40 minutes and pour the
cream
mixture over it and bake again for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven after 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese and
parsley
on top and bake it for 3 minutes.
