Ingredients

Potato - 2 nos
Tomato - 1 nos
Onion - 1 no
Green chilly - 2 nos
Ginger - small pc
Garlic - 1 tsp
Shallots - 3 nos
Chicken masala - 2 tsp
Chicken - 3 pc
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as required
Water - as required
Oil - as required
Coriander leaves - as required
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

Heat oil in vessel and sauté cumin in it.
Add onion, green chilly, ginger and garlic.
Add potato, tomato, turmeric powder, chilly powder, chicken masala, garam masala, pepper powder and salt as required.
Cook the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder with water as required and add it in to the potato.
Cook it for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a vessel and sauté shallots in it.
Mix it with curry.
Serve it.
