  • Garlic pod(crushed) - 1 no
  • Red chilly(chopped) - 1 no

  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Potato(peeled and cut into chunks) - 500 gm
  • Coconut milk - 400 ml
  • Stock(vege or chicken) - 375 gm
  • Fresh coriander(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Fish sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  • Lime rind - 1 no
  • Lime - 1 no

Instructions
  1. 1)Saute onion and garlic in a fry pan on low heat, until onion is tender.2)Add chilly, lime juice and potatoes.3)Cook for 1 minute.4)Add rest of ingredients.5)Simmer for 10 - 15 mins, until potatoes are tender.6)Remove to a serving plate.7)Simmer the sauce, until sauce thickens.8)Pour it over potatoes.
