Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add chopped onions followed by ginger, garlic and curry leaves.
  3. SautT till they turn brown.
  4. Add the minced meat which has already been boiled.
  5. Fry it till it turns brown.
  6. Add green chillies along with enough salt.
  7. Transfer the contents into a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  9. : - Serve with rotis and rice.
