  • Ghee - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar(powdered) - 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka podi) - 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts(crushed) - 4 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing pottukadala laddu, first heat pottukadala and grind it.
  2. Fry cashew nuts in ghee.
  3. Add powdered kadala, sugar and cardamom powder into ghee.
  4. Remove from flame and make laddus as lemon sized balls.
  5. Pottukadala laddu is ready.
