Take 2-3 spoons of ghee in a frying pan and heat. Add bombay rava and fry in low heat until light brown. Remove the rava into a plate and allow to cool.
To the same pan, add 2-3 spoons of ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisins until brown. Keep them aside.
Take a thick bottomed vessel and add milk and boil. Slowly add the
bombay rava taking utmost care
so that no clumps are formed. Stir continuously until the preparation thickens. Add sugar and mix well.
Add remaining ghee, fried dry fruits and mix well. Remove the vessel from stove.
Note:During preparation continuous
stirring is must.
