  • Prawns(cleaned and deveined) - 200 gms
  • Broccoli(cut into florets) - 100 gm
  • garlic(chopped) - 1 tbs
  • Onion(thinly sliced) - 1 no
  • Red chillies(sliced) - 3 nos
  • Walnuts(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Mushrooms(sliced) - 1/4 cup
  • Celery(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce - 1 tbs
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper(crushed) - 2 tsp
  • Stock or water - 1 cup
  • Sesame oil(as reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Heat wok to medium high, add sesame oil.
  2. Stir in garlic, onion and red chillies, stir for a few seconds.
  3. Add the prawns and stir continuously till the pink colour changes to opaque.
  4. Add the broccoli, mushroom, celery , walnuts, soy sauces, oyster sauce, pepper and salt.
  5. Stir till the vegetables are well combined.
  6. Add broth or water and bring the flame to simmer. Adjust seasoning.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from the stove and serve immediately.
