Instructions
  1. Marinate prawns in chilly powder and meat masala keep it for 15 mins.
  2. Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces and boil them separately.
  3. After it cools, smash it very well.
  4. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Fry onion followed by turmeric powder, garlic, ginger, garam masala powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves, pepper powder and green chillies.
  6. To this mixture, add prawns and 1/2 cup of water and let this cook well.
  7. Add salt.
  8. Before the water gets completely evaporated, add the smashed mixture to it.
  9. Stir it well so that it becomes thick.
  10. Make this into small balls keeping one prawn in each ball.
  11. Fry them in oil till it becomes golden brown.
  12. :- Serve with tomato sauce.
