Instructions
  1. Fry onions in hot oil in a frying pan for about 5 mins.
  2. Add curry leaves and fry for 3 mins.
  3. Add ginger and garlic Paste to it and keep frying until the raw smell goes.
  4. Add saffron, chilly and coriander powder and fry for about 2 mins.
  5. Add tomatoes and a little water and fry well till tomatoes are soft and a gravy is formed.
  6. Add chopped capsicum to the gravy and fry for about 5 mins.
  7. Add the clean prawns and mix it well with the gravy.
  8. Close the pan and let the prawns cook for about 10 - 15 mins.
  9. :- Do mix it now and then as its cooking.
  10. After its cooked, garnish with coriander leaves.
