Prawn Curry
Spicy Prawn gravy - Prawn Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup Prawns Chemmen
- 2 nos Onions
- 2 nos Capsicum
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves Few sprigs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan (preferably coconut oil).
- Add mustard seeds and when it splutters, add curry leaves, diced onions and fry them well till they turn golden brown.
- Mix it well adding little water.
- Add more capsicum and cook well.
- Add the marinated prawns to the masala.
- Finally, add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- :- Serve hot with rice or rotis.
