Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn cutlets, clean the prawns and cook it in salt water.
  2. Then grind the prawns well in a mixer grinder.
  3. Cut onions, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves into fine pieces.
  4. Take a vessel, and heat oil. Add the cut vegetables and stir it till the onions are cooked well.
  5. Remove the above mixture from flame and mix it well with the prawn.
  6. Dip bread slices in water, squeeze the water and knead it well with the above prawn mixture.
  7. Make small balls and press it in desired shapes.
  8. Take the white part of an egg, dip the prawn cutlets in it and roll it in bread crumbs.
  9. Then fry it in oil till it becomes brown in color.
  10. Prawn cutlets, a yummy favorite with kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve it hot with ketchup.
