Instructions
  1. Marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil and slice it into small pieces.
  2. Cook the potatoes, peel and mash it well.
  3. Mix in ¼ cups of bread crumbs, prawns, onion, curry leaves, green chilly, salt, 1/2tsp chilly powder and a pinch of turmeric powder and knead all the ingredients well.
  4. Make small patties out of it and dip it in egg whites and cover it in bread crumbs.
  5. Fry it in oil.
  6. Serve it with tomato sauce as an evening snack.
