Remove the outer shell and heads from the prawns. Remove the intestinal tube on the dorsal side. Clean the prawns thoroughly and drain totally. Cut them into small pieces.
Except refined oil, add all the other ingredients into a wide bowl and mix thoroughly adding little water, if necessary.
Add the prawn pieces also and mix very well. Keep the mixture aside for marination.
Add refined oil to a deep bottomed frying pan and boil.
Reduce the flame to medium flame and add the dough mixture as pakodas to the boiling oil.
Fry the pakodas till golden brown and serve hot with hot and sweet tomato chilly sauce.
