  • Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce(A little) -
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1/4 cup
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil for frying -

Instructions
  1. Marinate the prawns with turmeric, chilly powder, pepper and salt.
  2. Mix well together maida and egg and make it into a very thick batter.
  3. Add pepper, salt and little soya sauce into the batter and mix well.
  4. Dip the prawns in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.

oh man.. this dish is wonderful. I just tried it and it came out very well. If you`re health freak, then its not for you because its oily but very tasteful. Its really good as starters. enjoy guys..
