Instructions
  1. For preparing prawn pulav, first soak basmati rice in sufficient water for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a vessel and add oil, cloves, cardamom and chopped onions. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in all the ingredients except rice: prawns, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Cook it for 5 more minutes.
  4. Stir in the rice to the mixture and add 1 cup of water. Cook till the water is evapourated (15 minutes).
  5. Prawn pulav is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
