  • Prawns – 250 gms (washed and de(veined), washed and de) -
  • Fresh lettuce leaves and oak leaves(shredded) -
  • Thai salad dressing(Thai choice brand) - 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber(sliced in batons) - 2 nos
  • Garlic minced - 1 tbsp
  • Onion(sliced thinly, medium size) - 1 no
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt(to taste) -
  • White Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Sherry wine - 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil(for cooking) -

Instructions
  1. Marinate the prawns in soya sauce and sugar for 20 minutes.
  2. In a heated wok add oil, and fry the garlic and onions for 30 seconds.
  3. Add prawns and stir fry on high heat till the colour changes to opaque.
  4. Add sherry, Thai salad dressing, pepper,salt and stir the contents. Remove from fire.
  5. Transfer to a plate and add lettuce, oak leaves and cucumbers. Toss well.
  6. :- Prawn Salad is ready!! :- Enjoy eating Prawn Salad!!!
